Relaxing in the Hot springs in Moree, the “Dish” at Parkes, Temora aviation museum & Junee liquorice factory, exploring the Sapphire coast including whales at Eden & cheeses in Bega, dolphin & whale cruising at Port Macquarie & Port Stephens, fossicking for gemstones in Inverell or watching the sun rise over the most Easterly part of Australia at Cape Byron.

Wine Regions – NSW – Hunter Valley, Mudgee, Riverina, Cowra, Bathurst & Orange – with so many quality accommodation choices and a wonderful array of cheeses, olives, honey, chocolates, etc – to accompany the wines being available when visiting these regions, these tours have now evolved into a full weekend of indulgent yum for the senses!
