Mobility Access
Our most recent and impressive addition to the fleet is a Wheel Chair lift equipped Scania Irizar, this is a superbly appointed 5 Star Touring Coach. This coach provides easy access for limited mobility passengers, kneeling down to the curb ability and a wheelchair lift which is capable of travelling with 2 wheelchairs and 48 additional passengers. The large secure under coach luggage area is perfect for storing “walkers”, additional wheelchairs, and other walking/mobility aids without the need to fold them down whilst travelling to your destination. The on board downstairs toilet & washroom, the hot water urn for a hot cuppa en-route, along with the two door layout of this coach makes touring a breeze with boarding & alighting for passengers easy, swift & hassle free.

Eastern Australia Coaches prides itself on our policy of continually upgrading our fleet as it constantly evolves to meet the demands of passenger requirements, from the latest entertainment equipment to special wardrobe needs to keep uniforms neat and tidy whilst on tour for Band Performances & Eisteddfods. Our large secure under coach luggage areas fit the bill perfectly for our Band clientele, ensuring their instruments and associated equipment remain safe and sound, while still leaving enough room to cater for their luggage requirements comfortably.
Long Distance Touring
Our Fleet of late model Scania coaches are well appointed with all of the creature comforts expected with 5 Star Luxury, ensuring that every journey is an enjoyable one. Touring is a breeze – easy access, comfortable seating, toilet & washroom on board, panoramic tinted windows to take in the sights, climate controlled for comfort all year round, large under coach secure luggage area, even hot water urns for a hot cuppa en-route! Seating – passenger comfort is a priority and with 307 coach seats we have been very careful in our choice of seating. We have installed Styleride seats across our fleet as they provide a Reclining Lap/Sash belted seat, with fold down arm rests for easy entry & exit of seats, to reduce obstruction of the aisle, seat backs are recessed for additional comfort for tall people, seats can accommodate headrest covers & footrests.
